Choc-Dipped Vegan Vanilla Bean Marshmallows!



























So my big sister loves eating choc-dipped marshmallows and I resigned myself to living vicariously through her and watching her snaffle down treats of this sort.

Until now!!!

Yesterday we shared this together and for once I wasn't just watching - but indulging alongside her!

These fluffy vanilla bean marshmallows are made with brown rice syrup, dipped in raw dark chocolate (double the antioxidants!) and are decorated with a sweet fresh strawberry icing - just in time for Valentine's Day!  They are also vegan, egg free, corn free, soy free, gluten free and dairy free too!

We'll be adding them to our online store very soon - they'll come in two sizes - one that's delightfully humungous and the other a bit smaller! :)
