Dairy Free Whipped Cream. Enough Said.

Today is a big day.  It's a HUGE day.  It's Holy Grail day.

Today I finally worked out how to make dairy free vanilla bean whipped cream that is light, fluffy and delicious - I was so shocked that I had to sit down for a few minutes and let it sink in!

There have been so many attempts that were just plain depressing - gooey slimeball messes that I couldn't even put into my mouth to taste - failures that went straight into the bin despite great ingredients.  So many recipes out there led me astray - when really I just needed to follow my heart...

I don't know what else to say - but that my mind is whirring in so many directions - I'm thinking of so many possibilities and I can't wait to try them all!  I still can't quite believe it.

Miss Lulu's dairy free cream is also gluten free, soy free, egg free and vegan too - and we can't wait for you to try it :)
